Per firm. One subscription covers your firm — you don’t pay per-client and you don’t pay monthly-per-CPA. Each tier ships with a team-seat allowance: Starter 1, Pro 5, Business 15, Enterprise unlimited. If you outgrow a tier’s seats, upgrade or talk to sales.
Any new ledger entry: a bank line, an invoice, a journal entry, or a reconciliation. Bulk imports count once per row. Read operations, report generation, drill-downs, and AI categorization are unlimited and free.
We notify you at 80% and 100% of quota. You can auto-upgrade to the next tier or pay a metered overage rate per 1,000 transactions. Overages are always opt-in and clearly displayed in your billing dashboard — no surprise bills.
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep what you paid for.
Yes. Save 17% (the equivalent of 2 months free) when you choose annual billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time.
